The boutique chain of high-end budget accommodations Hoteles Bestprice has officially initiated the procedures before Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) to request admission to trading of its shares in the BME Growth market, after delivering a first version of its prospectus for incorporation, according to the company announced this Friday.
The operation, already backed by the Shareholders' Meeting held on October 13, 2026, seeks to strengthen the hotel group's position in the national capital markets, gain visibility among Spanish investors and diversify its sources of financing with the aim of accelerating its growth strategy.
At present, the group's shares are traded on Euronext Paris under the code MLHBP.
In order to comply with the regulatory requirements of BME Growth, the company's Board of Directors has appointed the financial entity GVC Gaesco as registered advisor and liquidity provider.
The chairman of the chain, Oscar Sánchez, has underscored that the incorporation request represents a "decisive step" to grow the business project, attract new resources and give a boost to the company's project portfolio in the Spanish market.
In the operational sphere, the company has advanced that in the first nine months of 2026 —with unaudited figures— it recorded an increase in its gross revenues of more than 25% year-on-year, with an average occupancy above 95% and an average daily rate (ADR) above 104 euros.
During the 2026 financial year, the hotel company has added new hotels to its portfolio in Barcelona, Toledo and Córdoba, while maintaining projects in development in Málaga and Logroño.
At present, the chain has nine operating establishments —located in Barcelona, Madrid, Girona, Valencia, Santillana del Mar and Toledo— and expects to reach 13 hotels in the coming months, with the addition of three new assets in the cities of Córdoba, Málaga and Logroño.
