The Hudson Bay Master fund, based in the Cayman Islands, has communicated a participation of 1.012% in the capital of the Spanish technology company Amper, with an estimated value of 4.15 million euros, according to the records of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) consulted by Europa Press.
This position is broken down into a 0.891% held directly through shares, totaling 810,957 titles, and an additional 0.121% channeled through financial instruments. In total, the fund controls 921,375 voting rights over a share capital formed by 91.04 million shares.
If the closing price of Amper in the stock session this Monday, set at 4.505 euros per share, is taken as a reference, the package acquired by Hudson Bay is valued at around 4.15 million euros in the market.
Until this notification, the fund managed by the firm Hudson Bay Capital Management LP had not declared any relevant participation in the company.
