Inmho has communicated this Thursday the integration of Tranquiler, a company specialized in the management of residential rentals in the Community of Madrid, an operation with which it claims to strengthen its presence in this segment and exceed the threshold of 10,000 rental homes under management.
With this incorporation, the property management company in Spain surpasses 10,000 homes managed under rental agreements and adds nearly 40 new professionals to its structure.
According to a statement, the operation allows it to deepen its commitment to the residential rental market, one of its "main strategic lines of growth," while expanding its presence in the Community of Madrid, which "will continue to be a strategic region," and integrates a "very experienced" team in this business.
"The incorporation of Tranquiler is a very important step to continue developing our activity in asset management. We share the same way of understanding customer service and we are convinced that the experience of their team, combined with the solidity of Inmho, will allow us to continue offering the best service to the clients who trust us," stated the CEO of Inmho, Antonio Baldellou.
For his part, the founder and general director of Tranquiler, José Ramón Zurdo, expresses his "conviction" that Inmho is "the best partner to continue growing" and argues that this integration will facilitate their access to the technology and resources of "a leading group."
Tranquiler has over 15 years of experience in the sector and manages more than 3,500 real estate assets, developing an activity that covers the entire rental cycle, indicates the firm.
