Natixis Investment Managers (IM) has launched a new global client development division, in which it will concentrate all teams dedicated to investor relations throughout the entire value chain, as the firm has stated in a statement.
This structure will be articulated in three main blocks: the client market area, organized into six geographical zones (United States, Northern Europe and Canada, Continental Europe and Latin America, the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa, Japan and Asia-Pacific); the 'partnerships' area; and the area focused on the range of products and solutions.
At the head of this division will be Fabrice Chemouny, current director of international distribution, who will take on the role of client director starting January 1, 2027, and will report directly to the CEO of Natixis IM, Philippe Setbon.
The company has decided to bet on a single global platform that integrates the United States and the rest of the international markets, in order to enhance synergies between regions and facilitate clients' access to its entire offering and operations.
This organizational redesign is part of the strategic plan Vision 2030 of Groupe BPCE, whose purpose is to adapt the distribution model of Natixis IM to accelerate its international expansion and respond more effectively to the demands of its clients.
