The most exclusive residence on the Spanish residential market is a villa located in the Golden Mile of Marbella (Málaga), valued at 70 million euros. This is stated in a report by idealista, which details the 10 houses with the highest prices currently for sale, all of them located on the Costa del Sol and in the Balearic Islands.
At the top of this ranking is the Marbella villa "Bellagio," a true palace that includes a gym, sauna, several pools, a bowling alley, bar, and cinema room, spread over a plot of 14,000 square meters with 13 bedrooms.
In second place is a luxury villa in Pollença (Mallorca), a seaside property valued at 46 million euros, considered the most expensive in the Balearics, with 11 rooms and direct access to the sea.
The third place is occupied by "Villa Solitaire," a contemporary design villa in Palma (Mallorca), designed by architect Matteo Thun and for sale for 39.5 million euros. Inspired by the sails of a boat, it offers seven bedrooms, two outdoor pools, a rooftop jacuzzi, and an outdoor cinema.
The estate "La Madrugada," in Benahavís (Málaga), is in fourth place on the list. It is a property in the Hispano-Arab style, on the market for 34 million euros, with views of the sea and mountains and a total of 17 rooms.
In fifth place is a rural house in the Serra de Tramuntana, in Mallorca (Balearics), for 29.5 million euros. Located in the municipality of Puigpunyent, it stands out for its panoramic views and for combining traditional architecture with modern elements.
In the last positions of this 'top ten' compiled by idealista, the Balearics also predominate. The sixth place is for a home in Palma, with more than 2,000 square meters built, for 27.5 million euros.
The seventh spot corresponds to a house in Benahavís, in Andalusia, of 2,200 square meters, with a price of 27 million euros, while the eighth position is for a property located in the Mallorcan municipality of Esporles, of 1,500 square meters, for 26 million euros.
Closing this 'top 10' is a home in Calviá (Balearics) for 25 million euros and more than 1,200 square meters, and another in Palma, with more than 2,100 square meters, for 24.5 million euros.
