Pedro Sánchez returned this Friday to election rallies with a mass of people in Valencia. The President of the Government has been received amid applause and raised mobile phones at the Cabanyal-Canyamelar sports hall, where the PSOE has brought together around 5,000 people to resume the pre-campaign for the general elections of November 29.

The event came after ten days of interruption of socialist election activity due to the rail accident in Urda (Toledo), which left 69 dead, and just three days after Óscar Puente resigned as Minister of Transport. The event began with a minute of silence for the victims and continued with a tone of resentment over responsibilities for the Dana.

The "we are not all the same", which Puente had said at the end of his appearance before the Diputación, has echoed in the sports hall. "Valencia is the clearest example that we are not all the same, we don't even have to say it ourselves, people know it," Pilar Bernabé, head of the party list for Valencia to the Congress, said.

Sánchez was accompanied by the general secretary of PSPV-PSOE and Minister of Science, Diana Morant; the socialist Secretary of Organization, Rebeca Torró; and by Bernabé. The Minister Arcadi España was also present.
