Indra has announced that José Vicente de los Mozos will not renew as CEO of the company, as it communicated this Monday to the market through a relevant fact sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
Selection process underway
The company has reported that it has already launched a selection process to appoint his replacement at the head of the executive management.
Until that process is completed, De los Mozos will continue to perform his duties with the aim of ensuring an orderly transition.
The executive's departure occurs just a month and a half after Ángel Simón took over the presidency of the group, a change that opened a new chapter in the company.
