Amadeus obtained net profit of 1,081.6 million euros in the first nine months of 2026, which implies a slight drop of 0.6% compared with the same period of the previous year, a decline conditioned by the impact of the conflict in the Middle East, the company said this Friday to the CNMV.

At the same time, the group’s revenue rose to 5,075.7 million euros, 3.7% more than a year earlier and 5.2% higher at constant exchange rates, supported above all by the strong performance of the Areas of Technological Solutions for the Air Industry (+6.3%) and Hotels and Other Solutions (+7.2%).

Operating result advanced 2.1%, to 1,450 million euros, while net financial debt stood at 2,536.7 million euros, equivalent to 1.0 times the Ebitda generated in the last twelve months.

Despite geopolitical tension in the Middle East, Amadeus highlighted the solid performance of the third quarter, which enabled growth and robust profitability to be maintained in the year-to-date period. Between July and September, net profit rebounded 5.7%, to 381.4 million euros.

Looking ahead to the end of the year, the executive of the listed company, Luis Maroto, indicated that the company is facing the last stretch of the year in line with its objectives for 2026, although “probably” it will be in the lower end of the range forecast, due to the effect of the current situation in the Middle East.

The company’s guidance contemplates an increase in revenue of a high single digit (at constant exchange rates) and growth in adjusted diluted earnings per share of low double digits, along with free cash flow of between 1,350 and 1,450 million euros.
