The real estate investor Key International and the hotel management company Panoram Hotel Management have announced the launch of the "DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid Príncipe de Vergara," a four-star hotel with 155 rooms located in the Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid, as detailed by the three companies in a joint statement.

The property belongs to Key International, an international group specialized in investment and real estate development with extensive experience in the hospitality sector. This project constitutes the first three-way collaboration in Spain between Key International, Hilton, and Panoram Hotel Management, "bringing together three companies that share a vision focused on the development of high-potential hotel assets through stable and long-term alliances."

The inauguration of the new establishment reinforces the close relationship that Key International and Hilton have forged in recent years in the United States, where they have already promoted various projects and currently maintain an alliance in five hotels, and is supported by Panoram's established experience in operating hotels under Hilton brands.

This first joint project in Spain is also born with the intention of continuity, with the shared goal of continuing to identify new expansion opportunities in southern Europe, with special attention to Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

The hotel, designed by the Daar Arquitectura studio, features a restaurant, bar, gym, private parking, and 12 rooms intended for meetings and MICE events.

In parallel, the interior design proposal has been developed in collaboration with the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Complutense University of Madrid, in order to incorporate works by young artists in headboards, hallways, and common areas.

This operation represents the first tripartite alliance in the Spanish market between the asset owner, Key International —which already manages five assets with Hilton in the United States—, the international chain Hilton, and the operator Panoram.

The Operations Director for Europe of Key International, Adelaida de Salas Smith, and the General Development Director of Hilton for Spain and Portugal, Carlos Miró, have framed this opening within their joint growth plan in southern Europe, prioritizing Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

On the other hand, the CEO of Panoram Hotel Management, Guillermo Pérez Palacios, has emphasized that this incorporation strengthens the company's multi-brand management model in prime urban locations of maximum value in the capital.
