Lefties, the fashion, home, and 'lifestyle' brand of the Inditex Group, has landed in the United Kingdom with its first physical store in the Liverpool ONE shopping center, in Liverpool, after launching at the end of July the British market version of its 'online' platform, lefties.com.

The expansion plan of Lefties in the country foresees the opening of three establishments: Liverpool ONE, to which Lakeside, in Essex, and Metrocentre, near Newcastle, will later be added, before the end of 2026. This growth will involve the creation of more than 400 direct jobs, with local hiring, and will contribute to boosting retail and economic activity in the areas where the stores will be located.

According to the company, the Liverpool ONE store marks Lefties' first physical presence in the British market and becomes a milestone within the brand's expansion strategy.

The new commercial space brings together all the product lines of the brand: Woman, Man, Teen, Girl, Boy, Baby, and Newborn, with fashion collections, footwear, and accessories for all family members. This offer is complemented by Home Collection, a range that brings the universe of Lefties to the home through textiles, decorative items, fragrances, and products designed to configure practical spaces.

"Following the recent opening of our store in France, we continue with our selective international expansion. As one of the world's leading fashion retail markets, the United Kingdom is a natural next step and a very exciting destination for our brand," emphasized the general director of Lefties, Xavier Ruz Riera.

The Liverpool ONE store, with an area of 2,500 square meters, incorporates the new commercial concept of Lefties, presented for the first time in Madrid in 2025, and bets on advanced technological solutions to improve both the shopping experience and operational efficiency.

Among the innovations are the EasyGo checkouts, designed to streamline and make the payment process more intuitive and autonomous; smart fitting rooms that optimize entry and exit flows and enhance the experience in one of the key areas of the establishment; and various technological tools to perfect internal management, such as a robotic arm for handling hangers and an automated garment sorting system in the internal areas of the store.
