Logista will disburse this Thursday an interim dividend corresponding to the 2026 fiscal year for a total amount of 77 million euros, equivalent to 0.58 euros per share, which represents an increase of 3.6% compared to the interim payment made in the previous fiscal year.
With this move, the group reaffirms its commitment to distribute in the 2026 fiscal year a total dividend per share of at least the same amount paid in the 2024 and 2025 fiscal years, that is, 2.09 euros gross per share.
The company recalled last July, after the presentation of its results, that it maintains its objective of offering shareholders an attractive and sustainable return. In this context, it continues to analyze possible acquisitions of complementary companies with synergies that contribute to strengthening growth and diversifying its business base.
In the first nine months of its fiscal year, from October 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, Logista recorded a net profit of 210 million euros, 1.8% less than in the same period of the previous fiscal year. This decline is explained by a lower contribution from the revaluation of inventories and capital gains from asset divestments, according to what was communicated to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
In that same period, the group's revenue figure advanced by 2.3%, reaching 10.165 billion euros, thanks to the increases recorded in Iberia and Italy, which more than compensated for the decline in billing in France. For its part, economic sales grew by 1.1%, reaching 1.376 billion euros.
