Naturhouse recorded a net profit attributed of 4.701 million euros in the first half of the year, which represents a decrease of 24% compared to the same period of 2025, according to the accounts submitted this Friday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
The net revenue of the company decreased by 10.3%, standing at 23.649 million euros, while the gross operating result (Ebitda) also decreased by 29.1%, remaining at 5.740 million euros. In contrast, the multinational achieved a financial result of 305,000 euros, 54% higher.
Between January and June, Naturhouse accumulated a total of expenses for supplies, personnel, fixed assets, impairments, and a negative net contribution from other concepts of 17.909 million euros, a figure that represents a cut of 2%.
Dividend of 0.05 euros per share
The board of directors of Naturhouse has decided to approve the distribution of a total dividend of three million euros, at a rate of 0.05 euros gross per share, charged to the results of 2026. The payment will be made on November 6.
The last day to acquire shares of Naturhouse with the right to receive this dividend will be November 3, while from the 4th the shares will be traded on the Stock Exchange without the right to collect it.
