The rail operator Ouigo has reported this Friday, through a press release, that finally 18 of the 26 scheduled trains will run during the general strike day called for next 11 November 2026.

Passengers who had a reservation on the cancelled trains have already been notified through the email linked to their purchase. Along these lines, the company has made available to them the option to modify their ticket at no additional cost or request a full refund of the amount paid.

The company has specified that, in either of the two alternatives, affected customers will also obtain additional extra compensation that is non-refundable equivalent to 50% of the ticket price.

Lastly, Ouigo has stressed that all its usual customer service channels remain available to resolve any queries and has directed users to its official website to review in detail the minimum services established for that date.
