Vodafone Empresas has launched a series of meetings with client companies to publicize practical examples of use of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot, along with the latest intelligent automation functions that are redefining the workplace.

As the operator has detailed, these sessions will be held in cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Valladolid, Bilbao and Almería, and will bring together companies with the aim of promoting the exchange of experiences and the identification of specific use cases with direct impact on their activity.

In these sessions, participants will have the opportunity to see in detail application scenarios in common office tools such as Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel, in addition to exploring new options to automate tasks and workflows thanks to advanced Artificial Intelligence capabilities.

Spanish companies are at a different stage in the incorporation of artificial intelligence: after the first generative AI projects, the market now demands solutions that integrate into business processes, work with corporate information securely and offer tangible results in terms of productivity and efficiency.

Beyond increasing individual performance, organizations seek for AI to consolidate itself as an instrument to accelerate internal processes, support decision-making and free up time for higher value-added activities, so that the new automation capabilities and intelligent agents represent a step toward more autonomous operating models.

A central theme in these meetings will also be the responsible adoption of AI, in response to the need of companies to have solutions that combine innovation with data protection, information governance and compliance with the regulatory requirements that are shaping the deployment of this technology in Europe.

"With these meetings we want to bring our clients concrete use cases that help them gain productivity, automate processes and make more agile decisions, always with the maximum guarantees of security and protection of data," said the marketing and business development director of Vodafone Empresas, Carlos Becker.
