The president of the Govern, Marga Prohens, has come out in defense of the agreement reached between PP and Vox in the Senate, emphasizing that its purpose is to concentrate the support of all those citizens who want the president of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, "to leave, first to his house and, then, in front of a judge."

During her speech in the plenary session of the Parlament, Prohens insisted that, with this understanding, the 'popular' "do not renounce their initials or their principles." Addressing the spokesperson of the PSIB, Iago Negueruela, the leader of the PP told him that "they are afraid of losing the senators."

From the socialist bench, Negueruela reproached Prohens that the candidacies for the Senate were presented by the national leadership of the PP and criticized the pact with the formation of Santiago Abascal, stating that "they are the same and will be the same."
