The authorities of Ukraine have confirmed this Sunday the death of another minor as a consequence of the attack launched on Saturday by the Russian Armed Forces against the Kiev region, which raises the death toll recorded so far to four.
"Unfortunately, we have tragic news. A child injured in an enemy attack in the Vishgorod district died in the hospital," communicated the governor of Kiev, Timur Tkachenko, through a message on his social networks.
"Our sincerest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased. This is an irreparable loss," expressed Tkachenko, who recalled that just the day before, a mother and her two children died in Fastiv as a consequence of one of these attacks.
The governor has denounced that since Saturday the Kiev region has been the target of offensives by the Russian Army, noting that the districts of Fastiv —the most affected—, Vishgorod, Obujiv, and Buchanski are among the areas hit. "Drone attacks in the region continue," he has warned.
