The general secretary of the PP, Miguel Tellado, has demanded this Saturday "to lower the volume on Rufián and his buffooneries and raise the volume on serious politicians" as the candidate for Congress for Barcelona and mayor of Badalona (Barcelona), Xavier García Albiol.

He expressed it at a pre-campaign event held in the Foix library, in the Sarrià neighborhood of Barcelona, a meeting that was inaugurated by the president of the PP in the Barcelona City Hall, Daniel Sirera, and in which Albiol and the president of the PP in Catalonia also took part.

Tellado criticized that for years the drafting of laws has been left in the hands of "characters" such as the top of the list of ERC for the general elections, Gabriel Rufián, and he demanded that it be put back in the hands of public servants such as Albiol.
