The spokesperson for the Socialist Parliamentary Group and regional secretary of the PSOE, Carlos Martínez, is expected to interpellate the president of the Junta de Castilla y León, Alfonso Fernández Mañueco, during the control session on Tuesday, November 3, so that he explains why the draft law for the Community’s budget for 2027 does not include a specific allocation intended to address the crisis affecting the cereal sector.

As for the Mixed Group, the control intervention to the president will correspond to the spokesperson and procuradora of UPL, Alicia Gallego, who intends to find out whether Fernández Mañueco is willing to negotiate with the opposition parties the regional accounts in order to introduce specific improvements for the provinces of León, Salamanca and Zamora.

After the questions addressed to the head of the regional Executive, the control session will continue with the questions to the rest of the members of the PP-Vox coalition Government. Among them is one from the PSOE to the first vice president and councillor for Deregulation, Carlos Pollán, of Vox, whom they will ask to detail "whom does your Department’s budget for 2027 really protect".

The Socialists will also ask the councillor for Culture, Tourism and Sport, Alberto Díaz Pico, also of Vox, to clarify what reasons lead him to publicly cast doubt on the ideological neutrality of the Seminci.

Other matters that the Socialist Group will bring to the next control session focus on the initiatives planned by the Junta so that Castilla y León stops being "the only community in all of Spain without specific legislation in support of the LGTBI collective", on the deadlines to provide Aguilar de Campoo (Palencia) with a public housing park and on the timetable to begin the expansion works of the Hospital General Universitario de Segovia.

In addition, the Socialist Group will take advantage of the plenary session to put on the table the shortcomings of the province of Soria and demand the implementation of Bachillerato teachings or Vocational Training cycles in the Salamanca comarca of the Sierra de Francia.

Regarding the Mixed Group, the Leonese want to know why the 2027 Budget project does not include allocations intended for the committed repair of the SA-212 road (route that connects Guijuelo and Tamames) and whether the regional Executive maintains the intention to carry out the promised works of the new Pedro Ronce campsite in Sahagún.

The control session will close with the questions from the procurator of Por Ávila, Pedro Pascual, who will inquire about the contributions of the regional Government to the Framework Agreement for Financing Social Services, and from the representative of Soria ¡Ya!, Ángel Ceña, who will question whether the travel aid for care purposes, as well as for the accommodation and upkeep of Soria patients, is sufficient.
