The magistrate of the Court of Instruction No. 2 of Cangas, who was on duty this weekend, has ordered the provisional imprisonment, communicated and without the possibility of bail, of the man detained in this Pontevedra locality for the death of another man in an occupied building.
Sources from the Superior Court of Justice of Galicia (TSXG) specify that the arrested individual is being investigated for an alleged crime of homicide, after a man died during a fight in an occupied building in Cangas on the night from Saturday to Sunday.
As reported by the local Police, at 10:15 PM on Saturday, a call was received alerting of a brawl in an occupied property located on rúa Atranco.
A police patrol arrived at the scene, which located two men in the middle of a fight and with abundant blood on their bodies inside the building. Both were over 50 years old.
The agents proceeded to separate them and request medical assistance, but one of the individuals ended up losing his life. Subsequently, the Civil Guard arrested the other man, who was brought before the court this Monday.
