The Court of Instruction number 14 of Barcelona has ordered provisional, communicated, and without bail imprisonment for a man arrested as "an ideologue through networks of an organized group," who is allegedly linked to the disturbances of October 24 in Barcelona promoted by the collective 'Blocus'.
According to the magistrate, there are "indications of conspiracy to commit public disorder and criminal group," as detailed this Sunday by the High Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) in a publication on X reported by Europa Press.
In addition, on Saturday it was decided to place the minor arrested on Thursday in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Barcelona) in closed-regime internment for his alleged connection with 'Blocus'.
