The president of the Junta de Castilla y León and regional leader of the PP, Alfonso Fernández Mañueco, has published a video on his personal profile on "X" ( https://x.com/alferma1/status/2107848425186165015 ) in which he details what is at stake in the general elections on November 29. In his message, he focuses the debate on four axes: access to housing, the functioning of trains, the improvement of roads, and a regional financing considered fair.

In the recording, which he introduces with the question "What are we risking as Castilians and Leonese in the general elections?", the popular leader summarizes his approach: "We are risking a lot, let me tell you three reasons." From there, he structures his intervention into three blocks. First, he addresses the housing problem, for which he demands more access facilities, especially for those who want to start a life project in Castilla y León.

Secondly, Mañueco emphasizes the importance of the Community having "trains that work and arrive on time," to which he adds the need for "better roads" both within the autonomous territory and in its connections with other regions, considering that these infrastructures are key for cohesion and economic development.

The third reason he presents in the video focuses on the demand for "fair regional financing" for Castilla y León. He argues that this model of resources is essential to guarantee the payment and maintenance of hospitals, schools, universities, residences, and care for the elderly and vulnerable people, services that, he reminds, largely depend on the funds received by the Community.

In the final part of the video, Mañueco sends a critical message to the president of the Government: "Sánchez has been governing for eight years and has done nothing. It is time for a stable, useful, and effective government," he states. The president of the Junta concludes his intervention appealing to the PP candidate for the Presidency of the Government: "With Alberto Núñez Feijóo, finally, change is going to come to Spain."
