The business incubator offers participants more than 100 hours of individualized support over a period of six months
Fundación Caja de Burgos has started the second edition of its incubation program Nexo Emprende, designed to accompany entrepreneurs in the initial phases of development of their business initiatives. In this new call, a total of eight projects have been selected to join an intensive training process that will last a total of six months.
The program is characterized by a practical and results-oriented approach, using methodologies such as Lean Startup and continuous validation processes. During this time, the participants will contrast their business hypotheses with real users and with the market. Likewise, Nexo Emprende facilitates access to financing channels and provides support in the search for additional resources necessary for the scaling of the companies.
Each of the eight selected projects will receive more than 100 hours of individualized support, which is structured through three fundamental pillars. First, personalized mentoring; second, weekly practical training based on dynamic collective work sessions; and, finally, the holding of workshops with sector references, visits to companies and various networking activities to strengthen their connection with the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The projects included in this edition cover diverse sectors. In the cultural and creative field, La trastienda stands out, a space for contemporary art driven by Íñigo Escribano Arrieta, and Wido Estudio, a graphic design project led by Fernando de Domingo Palomares. For her part, Andrea Andrés Gómez develops Dune, a creative space in Villalbilla de Burgos that integrates a ceramics school, store and coworking areas.
Within the tourism sector, Araceli Bermejo Peña manages Apartamentos Cillaperalta, with capacity for up to eleven people, while María Villanueva Delgado is betting on author fashion with Zander Design. In the educational and social sphere, Paula Valverde Velasco has created Pin Pan Pun, a card game centered on affective-sexual education. Likewise, Diego Martín Juez works on an online platform to optimize the distribution of quality products, while Alicia Vegas Gallo seeks to consolidate Clínica Mindset, a multidisciplinary center focused on psychology and speech therapy.
Nexo Emprende fosters an environment of collaboration and community, working not only on the viability of business models, but also on the personal and professional development of the entrepreneurs who lead each of these initiatives.
