The Mexican food group Bimbo closed the first nine months of the year with a net profit attributed of 9.406 billion pesos (452.9 million euros), which represents a year-on-year increase of 17.9%. In that same period, the company generated 311.480 billion pesos (14.997 million euros), a figure that represents a decrease of 2.1% compared to the same period of the previous year.

The gross operating profit (Ebitda) advanced by 10.2% between January and September, reaching 27.129 billion pesos (1.306 billion euros). For its part, production, administration, and other expenses were reduced to 284.513 billion pesos (13.699 billion euros), 3.2% less in year-on-year comparison.

In the third quarter of the year, Bimbo's earnings recorded an increase of 22.1%, reaching 4.109 billion pesos (197.8 million euros). However, quarterly revenue decreased by 1.3%, to 106.061 billion pesos (5.107 billion euros).

As of September 30, the net debt of the multinational baking company stood at 135.343 billion pesos (6.517 billion euros), below the 145.128 billion pesos (6.988 billion euros) recorded as of December 31, 2025, which represents a cut of 6.7%. According to the company, this reduction is explained by the "solid cash flow generation" and by the improvement in working capital management.

"Our performance in the third quarter reflects the strength of our brands and the consistent execution of our teams across the organization. We continue to generate profitable growth, driven by a deep connection with our consumers, significant advances in the transformation of North America, and excellent performance in Mexico," stated the CEO of Grupo Bimbo, Alejandro Rodríguez Bas.
