CLERHP has participated in the Latinex Investors Forum, held in Panama City, where it has presented its project Larimar City & Resort along with the credentials of the Spanish company, specialized in engineering, architecture, construction, and real estate promotion.
As the company detailed in a press release, the event took place on September 9 and 10 and served to explain to investors and representatives of the Latin American financial sector the main characteristics of the Larimar hotel complex, located in the Dominican Republic.
The company has pointed out that, in particular, the Superintendency of Securities Market (SMV) of Panama, members of the board of directors of Latinex, various rating agencies, and international firms such as Moody's Local, PCR, Euroclear, or CIFI showed interest.
"The arrival in Panama means for our group more than access to a new source of financing. It represents the opportunity to bring our business model and Larimar City & Resort closer to an investor community with an increasingly international vision," stated the president and CEO of CLERPH, Juan Andrés Romero.
"We want to build long-term relationships and demonstrate that a Spanish company can drive developments from Latin America capable of generating investment, economic activity, and growth in the territories where it is present," he added.
The Latinex Investors Forum has become the first major institutional event for CLERHP following the registration in Panama of its Rotating Corporate Bond Program for a maximum amount of 75 million dollars (64.7 million euros).
Additionally, CLERHP has developed an intense institutional agenda throughout the week in collaboration with Mercantil, the entity that has supported its entry into the Panamanian market and coordinated private meetings with funds and investors.
