The 'crowdlending' platform Cresor Investment has backed a total of 33 projects until September 2026, reaching a cumulative investment of over 30 million euros, a figure that already surpasses the total volume recorded a year earlier, as detailed by the company in a statement.

In the third quarter of the fiscal year, Cresor Investment channeled more than 11 million euros, which implies a rise of 35.3% compared to the second quarter of the year and an increase of 73.9% compared to the same period in 2025.

The firm currently maintains a return rate of 68% on the capital contributed by investors and records an average investment period of 13 months.

So far this year, the platform has paid out three million euros in interest, which translates into a return for its participants that exceeds 10%.

The average size of operations has also notably increased, going from about 300,000 euros in 2023 to nearly 900,000 euros in 2026.

"We have grown very significantly in recent years, but the most important thing is how we have done it. Today we are able to finance operations of a scale that a few years ago were beyond our reach, thanks to an ever-growing community of investors and the trust we have built with them," said the CEO of Cresor Investments, Mireia Badia.
