Multiverse Computing closed the 2025 fiscal year with net losses attributed close to 24 million euros, which implies more than tripling (+241%) the red numbers of 7 million euros recorded the previous year, according to the accounts filed in the Commercial Registry and consulted by Europa Press through Informa D&B.
The company has linked this deterioration in its results to the phase of strong expansion and consolidation of its business in which it finds itself, a period in which the strengthening of the commercial, technological, and operational areas has not yet fully reflected in a base of recurring revenue.
In light of this scenario, the company's administrators have conducted a specific analysis on the application of the going concern principle and have concluded that, despite the recorded losses, there are various elements that allow affirming that the group retains sufficient financial capacity to continue developing its activity normally.
Among those elements, the company emphasizes that, as of December 31, 2025, it had a positive working capital of 43.3 million euros —compared to 16.6 million in 2024— which ensures an adequate level of liquidity to meet its commitments over the next 12 months, without anticipating short-term financial tensions.
This position is bolstered by the capital increase completed and approved in 2025 by the group's parent company, which contemplates a global injection of 150 million euros between 2025 and 2026, with the aim of strengthening its operational and investment capacity, improving its access to external financing, and sustaining the formulation of consolidated accounts under the going concern principle.
In parallel, Multiverse Computing achieved in 2025 a net amount of revenue of 11.1 million euros, which means multiplying by four (+296.69%) the 2.8 million euros reached in 2024.
The entirety of this billing comes from the income generated by the provision of services based on quantum solutions, an activity that constitutes the core of the company's business.
EXPECTED EVOLUTION
Looking ahead to the coming years, the group expects to continue driving projects for clients, as well as research and development work for new products, from which it hopes to obtain favorable results.
In addition, the company points out that during the current year it has secured income from contracts signed in the previous fiscal year and with resources linked to multi-year consortia approved throughout the past year.
