The future director of Enaire in the Islands has 25 years of experience in the field of Air Navigation and in the management of critical technological systems. She joined Enaire (then AENA) in 2001 as an Atsep Technician of Air Navigation Systems, participating since then in the operation, maintenance, and evolution of the technological infrastructures that support the provision of these services.
In 2007 she was promoted to Atsep Coordinator of Air Navigation Systems, a position she held until 2013, leading the technical coordination of the teams and the supervision of the Communications, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) systems. She then took on the Head of the Support Unit for Management, a role that reinforced her profile in planning, management, and organizational coordination.
Since 2015 she has served as head of the Regional Technical Exploitation Division in the Balearic Region, directing the exploitation, management, and technological transformation of Enaire's air navigation systems at the regional level.
Among the most notable projects under her responsibility are the modernization of the CNS and Sacta systems, with the deployment of new operational functionalities, such as the implementation of "Operation Without Card in the Towers of the Region," the management of technical operational contingencies, and participation in key strategic initiatives for the organization.
Her professional career is distinguished by the combination of a solid technical background, leadership ability, and management of complex projects, which has significantly contributed to the innovation, modernization, and operational continuity of air navigation services.
