Persán, an industrial company specialized in the production of soaps, detergents, and other household and personal care cleaning items, expects to complete the integration of the Swiss Mibelle Group by 2027, according to the company's president, Concha Yoldi, who also pointed out the firm's plans to establish itself in Latin America.

In her speech, Yoldi emphasized that the group is focused on this integration process between two "different cultures" such as the Andalusian and the Swiss. "By 2027, the integration will be fully completed, and the way to approach it is to do it in a very respectful manner," she noted during her participation in the 41st Aecoc Congress of Mass Consumption.

With the purchase of the Swiss company, Persán consolidates its position as one of the most relevant players in Europe in the distributor and manufacturer brand business. Currently, it has a productive network made up of eight plants spread across Europe and the United States.

The president of the Spanish company has highlighted the "very important" commitment of the multinational to internationalization, recalling that they already operate with eight factories in various countries. "We internationalize not only to manufacture for clients but also for third parties. It is possible that many consumers run their washing machines without knowing that the product they use is made in Seville," she emphasized, also advancing her intention to enter Latin America with its own production capacity.

"We are going to Latin America where I believe there is a lot of potential for growth, and I would like Persán to be consolidated in Latin America in 20 years as it is now in Europe and with many growth possibilities," Yoldi stated, advocating for a "larger and more international" company model.

Persán concluded the 2025 fiscal year with a record turnover of 1.227 billion euros, after increasing its gross operating profit (Ebitda) to 135 million euros, driven by the integration of Mibelle Group and the strong performance of its strategic categories.
