Polus Capital Management Group Limited has increased its presence in the capital of eDreams to 31.174%, a position that, at current market prices, amounts to around 195.5 million euros, according to the latest data published by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
In detail, Polus Capital's stake has been reinforced by 0.808 percentage points, thus surpassing the 31% threshold in the 'online' travel agency, moving from 30.366% to 31.174% of the share capital.
The position reported by Polus Capital Management Group Limited in eDreams represents around 35.1 million shares of the company's current capital. Taking as a reference the quotation from this Wednesday, close to 5.58 euros per share, the package would reach an approximate value of 195.5 million euros.
That 31.174% is divided between direct and indirect voting rights, which have increased from 1.481% to 1.520%, and financial instruments, which have varied from 28.885% to 29.654%, as stated in the notification sent to the supervisor.
Polus Capital acts as the parent company of Bybrook Capital, which channels its presence in eDreams through three funds: ByBrook Capital Master Found LP, which has raised its stake in the travel agency to 18.325%; ByBrook Capital Badminton Fund LP, which has increased it to 6.494%; and ByBrook Capital Hazelton Master Fund LP, which has positioned it at 4.366%, totaling the declared 31.174%.
The three communications were registered with the CNMV on August 26, 2026, with the threshold crossing date set for August 21, and they reflect increases in the stakes reported by these funds in the capital of eDreams.
