Royal Caribbean has communicated that it will reinforce its presence in the Asia-Pacific region during the 2027-2028 season with the deployment of the ship Voyager of the Seas, which represents an expansion of its current operations in this area.
The company will put on sale a programming of cruises ranging from 2 to 15 nights that will depart from home ports located in Brisbane, Sydney, Singapore, and Hong Kong, thus configuring a network of strategic departures in the area.
The outlined itineraries will include stops at highlighted destinations in Australia and New Zealand, as well as in enclaves of Southeast Asia, China, Japan, and South Korea, covering the main cruise markets in the region.
The planning of the shipping company combines short getaways with longer trips, designed to coincide with periods of high international demand, such as Christmas holidays and the celebrations of "Chinese New Year," with the aim of maximizing onboard occupancy.
From the executive management of Royal Caribbean for Asia-Pacific, it has been emphasized that this expansion responds to the constant increase in global interest in Asian destinations, which supports the decision to increase capacity in the area.
The Voyager of the Seas will integrate into an already consolidated fleet in the region, where Royal Caribbean maintains the permanent presence of the "Navigator of the Seas" in Singapore and also operates with the ships "Ovation of the Seas," "Anthem of the Seas," and "Spectrum of the Seas."
Onboard the Voyager of the Seas, various leisure options will be offered, including surf simulators, an ice skating rink, and water slides, in addition to a varied dining proposal with international cuisine.
Reservations for this new season of cruises in the Asia-Pacific are already available to the public through the company's official channels, which include its website and authorized sales points.
