Santalucía has announced a new issuance of MaxiPlan Inversión Rentas Constante, its savings insurance in the form of a life annuity, as detailed by the entity in a statement released this Monday.
This product can be contracted with a minimum single premium of 30,000 euros, which will be allocated to the acquisition of public debt from Italy and France, with the aim of providing a technical interest of 4%.
The insurance is available for people between 60 and 80 years old. As it is a life annuity, the percentage of capital yield rises to 24% for clients between 60 and 65 years old; to 20% for those between 66 and 69 years old; and stands at 8% for those over 70 years old.
The company illustrates its operation with the case of a 75-year-old insured, who "will only integrate 8 euros into the savings base for every 100 of income received." "On those 8 euros, the withholding and the applicable tax rate will be applied."
