The full Parliament is expected to give the green light this Tuesday to the capital law proposal of Palma, a regulation with which the minimum contribution that other administrations must make to the Balearic capital will be increased to 60 million euros. The text will move forward thanks to the support of the PP, the PSIB, and MÉS per Mallorca.
The deputy of the ecosoberanists Ferran Rosa explained in a press conference held this Monday the shift in his party's position, which had shown opposition to the initiative in the Palma City Council and during the admission phase in the regional Chamber.
From the PSIB, deputy Mercedes Garrido has pointed out that the socialists will not change their stance and that, just as when the law was debated for the first time in the plenary, they will vote in favor of a large part of the articles again.
The only group that has announced its rejection is Vox, which despite having supported the consideration of the proposal a few months ago, now claims that the text incorporates amendments that deviate from its original approach and that lead them to change their vote.
