At least two Palestinian civilians have died in the early hours of this Saturday in a new wave of attacks by Israeli forces on the Gaza Strip, in a context of increased bombing and gunfire at several points in the enclave, despite the ceasefire agreement sealed in October 2025 following the proposal of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, on the future of the territory.

A man has lost his life in the northwest area of the Nuseirat refugee camp, in the center of the Strip, after a drone attack by Israel that hit the vicinity of the colony's electricity company, according to medical sources reported to the news agency Wafa.

The same sources have reported the death of another man in the Tel al Hawa neighborhood, in the southwest of Gaza City, after succumbing to the injuries sustained during a previous air strike.

Other points of the Gaza Strip have also been the scene of bombings and Israeli artillery fire, with special intensity in the eastern areas of Gaza City and Beit Lahia.

The Gaza Health Ministry, controlled by the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), raised this Friday to 74,570 the Palestinians killed and to 175,808 the wounded since the beginning of the war on October 7, 2023. Likewise, they have indicated that -- of this total -- 1,574 people have died and 5,687 have been wounded only since the beginning of the ceasefire signed in October 2025.
