The Plenary of the regional Parliament will address on Wednesday, November 4, the total amendments filed against the Draft Bills of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community and of Fiscal and Administrative Measures for the 2027 fiscal year. This was decided this Monday at the meeting of the Board of the Chamber, after hearing the position of the Board of Spokespersons.

The analysis of each of the legislative texts will be carried out separately and, in both cases, it is planned that the first intervention will correspond to the Councilor of Finance, Public Governance, Digital Progress and Spokesperson, Alfonso Domínguez, in charge of explaining the content of each draft.

First, the Draft Bill of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community will be submitted to debate. Each of the three opposition groups that have filed a total amendment will have a speaking turn. Likewise, a turn against will be enabled for each of the amendments raised.

The debate regarding the Law of Fiscal and Administrative Measures will reproduce the same format, since in this case too the three opposition groups have presented total amendments.

Proposal of magistrates for the Constitutional Court

Before the total debate of both draft bills, the plenary session will open with the following item on the agenda: "Proposal of designation of two magistrates of the Constitutional Court by the legislative assemblies".
