The number 1 court of the Instruction Section of the Court of Instance of Marbella (Málaga), on duty, has ordered this Saturday the provisional imprisonment, communicated and without bail, of the young man detained for the death of a plastic surgeon in this Málaga locality.

Official sources from the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA) have indicated to Europa Press that the arrested individual, 18 years old, was brought before the court during the day this past Saturday, October 10, at which time his imprisonment was finally agreed upon, after having been detained on Thursday, October 8.

Regarding the events, the National Police opened an investigation after the shooting death of a plastic surgeon on Wednesday around 6:00 PM in Marbella. According to initial information, the victim, 57 years old, received several shots to the head while he was in his clinic. The medical services that arrived to assist the doctor were unable to stabilize him and he ended up dying.

The police investigation, which is still ongoing, initially ruled out that this incident was related to organized crime, according to sources close to the case. The case remains under secrecy of the proceedings, as confirmed by police sources.
