The magistrate has ordered provisional detention communicated and without bail for the man arrested last weekend in Cabrera d'Anoia (Barcelona), who is being investigated for his possible involvement in the disturbances recorded in the center of Barcelona on October 24.
According to what the Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Catalunya (TSJC) has reported in a note, the Court of Investigation 20 of Barcelona, acting on duty, has taken the statement of the arrested man in the Catalan capital in relation to the "Blocus" movement.
The TSJC has specified that the proceedings remain open for alleged offenses of public disorder and membership in a criminal organization.
