The Court of First Instance and Instruction of Ronda (Málaga), plaza number 1 and on duty, has agreed to release the four people arrested in connection with the disappearance of a young man in this locality two years ago, although all of them remain under judicial investigation.

According to judicial sources indicated to Europa Press, "without prejudice to any changes that may occur during the investigation," these individuals are still charged with the alleged crimes of homicide/murder and mistreatment.

The same sources have specified that none of the parties involved have requested provisional imprisonment for the four investigated and have emphasized that the case remains open and in the instruction phase.

The National Police carried out an operation last Wednesday at a residence in Ronda linked to the young man missing since May 2024, a search operation that had already been activated both at the time of the disappearance and subsequently, last March.

From the early hours of that day, agents from the Specialized and Violent Crime Unit (UDEV) carried out a police deployment at the property, conducting inspection and search proceedings, which culminated in the arrest of these four individuals, belonging to the close circle of the missing young man.
