The number 1 court of the Civil and Instruction Section of the Instance Court of Estepa (Seville) has ordered this Tuesday the provisional imprisonment, communicated and without the possibility of bail for the woman arrested as the alleged responsible for the death of her partner last Sunday in a farmhouse in the municipality.
According to judicial sources consulted by Andalucía, she is initially charged with an alleged crime of homicide, after having given a statement during her appearance before the judicial authority.
In the case, several witnesses of what happened have also appeared, events that became known this past Monday, when the Civil Guard proceeded to the arrest of the implicated, 33 years old, as the alleged author of the murder with a knife of her partner, a 36-year-old man, inside a farmhouse in Estepa.
