The president of the Balearic Government, Marga Prohens, is scheduled to attend this Wednesday the concentration called on the occasion of the day of Ceuta, in support of the autonomous city.

In a message disseminated on social networks, Prohens has stated: "We will go out tomorrow to the street to claim the territorial integrity of Spain and the defense of our borders, to express our support and to demand the immediate return to normality."

The popular leader in the Balearic Islands has responded in this way to a publication by the president of Ceuta, Juan Jesús Vivas, in which he describes the massive arrival of migrants on July 31 as an "unprecedented outrage."

Vivas has emphasized that the concentration this Wednesday does not respond to partisan interests or specific acronyms, but rather "it is fundamentally about expressing unity in support of a city that has suffered an attack on its territorial integrity." In response to these words, Prohens has affirmed: "Count on it."

The mobilization, set for 8:00 PM, has been organized by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces and will take place in front of various town halls in Spain, including that of Palma.
