The meat company celebrates four decades of experience at the Sial Paris fair reinforcing its international expansion strategy
Carpisa Foods, a Spanish family firm specialized in the beef sector, has announced its revenue forecasts for the 2026 fiscal year, in which it projects to exceed 210 million euros in sales. The company has confirmed that this figure includes 30% of the business volume coming from international markets. The announcement has been made coinciding with its participation in the Sial Paris fair, an event that will take place from October 17 to 21 and in which the organization commemorates its 40th anniversary.
In the framework of this sector meeting, the company will present its catalog composed of various pieces, cuts, hamburgers, and other processed products aimed at both the horeca channel and the distribution sector. Among the proposals that will be exhibited, the 100% beef hamburgers and the smash-type references stand out. Likewise, the company will focus on its halal portfolio, a segment that is growing in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, areas where the entity is intensifying its commercial presence.
This year's edition of Sial Paris consolidates as one of the main international forums of the food industry. According to the organization, the fair expects to gather about 8,000 exhibitors and nearly 295,000 professionals from the sector in an exhibition area of 280,000 square meters. Carpisa Foods will have its own space located in pavilion 6, an area reserved for the meat sector, where it will showcase its solutions adapted to the current needs of professionals and consumer trends.
From the company's management, they have pointed out that its trajectory has been characterized by the constant adaptation of its products, processes, and formats to the evolution of the market. Its specialization in butchering and collaboration with organized restaurant chains allows it to offer solutions that integrate criteria of quality, profitability, and operational ease. In this sense, the company highlights the work done during its 40 years of activity to respond efficiently to the demands of its customers.
The company's value chain control strategy has been strengthened with recent operational milestones. Following the launch of Carpisa Ciudad Rodrigo, a slaughterhouse managed by the company since 2023, the incorporation of various fattening farms was added in 2025. This model allows for monitoring the feeding during the fattening phase and improves production planning. These actions reinforce the guarantees of supply, traceability, and quality of the final product. The production center also has halal certification granted by the Great Mosque of Paris, which facilitates its entry into international markets where this seal is an essential requirement for marketing.
