Banco Sabadell has carried out the acquisition of 4,350 million treasury shares between October 26 and 30, 2026, according to what it notified this Monday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

These purchases are part of its current treasury share buyback program, announced on July 27, 2026, and still underway.

During that specific period, the entity acquired 625,000 shares on October 26, 820,000 securities on the 27th, 1,035 million shares on the 28th, another 1,035 million on the 29th, and 835,000 securities on October 30.

The accumulated outlay for the shares acquired up to October 30 in the context of this program reaches 289.05 million euros, which represents 87.33% of the maximum monetary amount set, with around 12.67% of the total planned amount still to be executed.

In total, Banco Sabadell has repurchased 80.91 million shares within the current program, a figure equivalent to 1.70% of its current share capital. Adding all the operations carried out in 2026, the entity has acquired approximately 6.69% of its share capital at the beginning of the fiscal year.
