Hyatt Hotels Corporation has signed a new management agreement with subsidiaries of the Indian developer Brigade Group to launch two "Hyatt Regency" brand hotels in Bengaluru (India). With these openings, the destination will incorporate a total of 600 additional rooms, as detailed by the American company in a statement.

Both hotels will be part of large mixed-use complexes promoted by Brigade Group, which combine business, commercial, and leisure spaces.

The first of the projects, "Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park," will offer 350 rooms and suites within the Global Park business and industrial park, and will include more than 2,300 square meters dedicated to the MICE segment and the organization of corporate events.

The second establishment, "Hyatt Regency Bengaluru on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road," will add 250 rooms and a large banquet hall of more than 900 square meters, located in the city's main technology district.

The president of Hyatt for India and Southeast Asia, Vikas Chawla, has emphasized that the agreement responds to the strong pull of business tourism, meetings, and events in one of India's major economic engines.

For her part, the joint managing director of Brigade Group, Nirupa Shankar, has positioned this alliance within the group's strategy to consolidate high-value-added multisectoral assets in key financial and industrial hubs.
