The communication agency Trescom opens a new phase of expansion and consolidation with the incorporation of Iñaki Ortega, former general director of LLYC, as the first shareholder and new CEO, along with the entry of Alberto Corcóstegui into the capital, as the firm itself has communicated.

The communication consultancy, driven by Isabel Lozano for more than 17 years and with offices in Madrid, Barcelona, and Lisbon, takes advantage of this operation to make a leap in its business development, strengthen its commercial muscle, and elevate the competitiveness of its service portfolio.

With the arrival of Ortega and Corcóstegui as reference investors, a renewed shareholder structure is articulated in which other partners also participate. Isabel Lozano will remain as partner and founding president, while Miriam Sarralde, who increases her participation with a new package of shares, will continue as general director in charge of daily management and team strategy.

The new partners, with the intention of advancing in specialization and scaling support for companies, also assume key executive positions: Iñaki Ortega will become the new CEO of Trescom and Alberto Corcóstegui will occupy the position of CFO. The new ownership aims to promote additional services and increase billing, while preserving the essence and quality standard that characterize the agency.

The purchase and sale of Trescom has been advised by Crepinvest for financial advice and supported legally by Lexcrea. The new shareholders are formed by a core group led by Ortega and Corcóstegui, the continuity of the previous ownership headed by Lozano, Sarralde, and Florita Vallcaneras, and the participation of several financial investors.

The consultancy has emphasized that its incorporation "will strengthen the commitment it has been developing in key areas for the market, mainly in corporate affairs, marketing, financial communication, branding, brand experiences, reputation, crisis, and public affairs, fundamental disciplines to respond to the strategic challenges of organizations in an increasingly complex and interconnected environment."

The new CEO of Trescom, Iñaki Ortega, has emphasized that the company has an "extraordinarily solid foundation, top-level talent, and an impeccable reputation built alongside leading brands in their respective sectors." "Our incorporation as reference shareholders responds to the shared ambition of growing this house, bringing my experience in strategic consulting, public affairs, and communication to continue enhancing our offering, opening new business opportunities, and supporting our clients in their most complex challenges," he has pointed out.

For her part, the founder and president of Trescom, Isabel Lozano, has highlighted the operation. "Trescom begins an exciting stage that builds on everything constructed over these 15 years and adds new capabilities to grow the agency and continue strengthening our service portfolio. The new ownership as well as the new governance provides us with a high-value profile in Corporate Communication and Public Affairs, reinforcing our competitiveness without losing the closeness, creativity, and essence that have brought us here," she has stated.
