"We are on the right path, accelerating our growth and demonstrating that, in our project, ambition and execution go hand in hand", with these words is how the chief executive of Orange España, Meinrad Spenger, has valued the results of the company's third quarter of 2026, which have just been announced.

Orange España adds 188,000 new customers in postpaid mobile, fixed broadband and new services, while its average revenue per user reaches 53.1 euros. It closed the third quarter of 2026 with revenues of 1.910 billion euros, 3.5% more, according to the data released by its chief executive on his profile on the Linkedin network.

The advance is supported by the wholesale business, the sale of terminals and the growth of the business aimed at companies in all its segments.

The evolution of activity in Spain is framed in a quarter in which the Orange group has increased its revenues by 3.6%, to 12.200 billion euros, and its EBITDAaL by 4.6%, to 4.100 billion.

Wholesale business and terminals drive revenues

Orange España's wholesale business has registered growth of 3.6%, while the sale of terminals has increased by 28%. Added to these two lines is the advance of the business segment, although the executive does not detail its growth rates.

On the commercial front, the company has added 188,000 new customers during the quarter among the postpaid mobile, fixed broadband and new services segments.

For its part, the average revenue per user, known as ARPU, has stood at 53.1 euros. The chief executive links this evolution to customer satisfaction and to contracting more services.

Private 5G networks in ports and airports

Orange España also highlights the development of its services for companies and of 5G SA private networks, as well as the solutions that operate on these infrastructures.

According to the information released by the executive, these networks and solutions already operate in the ports of Barcelona and Valencia, in the airports of Madrid, Barcelona and Palma and in the Digital Twin of Madrid.
