The PP has presented in the Basque Parliament two initiatives directed at the Department of Security to detail the "political linkage" of the txosna of the festive group Gogorregi in Bilbao, after the incidents that occurred near this stand on the last night of Aste Nagusia. On a social network, the PP accompanied the announcement of these initiatives with a photograph in which the president of the PNV, Aitor Esteban, appears behind the bar of the txosna.

In the exposition of reasons for the information requests, the PP parliamentarian Ainhoa Domaica recalls that on the final day of Aste Nagusia "important disturbances and attacks against the Ertzaintza and the Local Police of Bilbao occurred".

Domaica highlights that "one of the scenarios" of those altercations "was the txosna of Gogorregi where a fight between two girls and insults and bottle-throwing against ertzainas occurred".

Therefore, and "given the seriousness" of what happened, the PP representative requests from the Minister of Security, Bingen Zupiria, information "to know the political linkage of the txosna". Among other questions, she asks "who are the holders, managers, and responsible parties of the txosna Gogorregi", and if this festive space "is linked to the youth of any political party".

If such a relationship exists, Domaica asks that it be specified "the name of said youth group and the political party with which said txosna would maintain some type of linkage, relationship, or repeated presence of its leaders in it".

On her profile on a social network, Domaica reinforces the announcement of these initiatives with an image in which several leaders of the PNV can be seen, including its president, Aitor Esteban, behind the bar of the txosna Gogorregi.

In the information request and in the written question addressed to Zupiria, the parliamentarian also demands that he detail "his role in preventing the incidents".

Likewise, she requests clarification on whether there are individuals investigated or detained for what occurred and if, in that case, any member of the organization or staff of Gogorregi is among them.
