Jaime Higuera began helping companies sell online and ended up teaching other people to do the same. That job, which started while he was studying at university, became the foundation of a new professional career: that of Growth Partner. Today, at 27 years old, the founder of E-com Growth Partners is an international reference for this model, with an academy that has trained more than 10,000 students.

His idea stems from something essential: every business needs a partner to grow. A store wants to sell more, a real estate agency needs to find buyers, and a company seeks to improve its sales, but they do not always find professionals capable of helping them and delivering real results. The Growth Partner is the professional who studies what each business needs and works with it to help it grow. They can look for new ways to attract customers, improve the way of selling, or find solutions to problems that hold back sales. To do this, they apply digital marketing knowledge and artificial intelligence tools.

But do you need experience to dedicate yourself to it? What distinguishes Jaime's proposal is that this profession can be learned without prior knowledge.

Digital marketing accessible from scratch to master the most valued skill of the next decade

Before founding his academy, Jaime Higuera discovered the potential of digital businesses through his own experience. While studying Civil Engineering in the United Kingdom, he began to get clients and develop his company. Finally, he decided to leave university to devote himself entirely to growing his business.

Jaime was a pioneer in introducing the figure of the Growth Partner in Spain and in bringing this profession closer to people without prior experience. In a recent documentary, Jaime explained: "I feel that the ultimate proof came when I saw another person achieve the result using what I had built". That experience was decisive in transforming his knowledge into practical training that could reach thousands of students, regardless of their prior experience or academic background.

The young Spanish man has made headlines in the media for his vision of business and financial freedom, with which he raises new possibilities for achieving greater economic autonomy. He has shared his perspective on the professional opportunities offered by the internet, from generating additional income while keeping another job to starting a business and developing his own entrepreneurial career combining digital marketing and artificial intelligence. His training seeks to respond to both profiles and is designed so that anyone can apply what they have learned without prior knowledge.

For Jaime, one of the greatest advantages of this activity is the possibility of working with very different businesses. "When you have those skills to grow online businesses, you can pivot very easily", he assures. "It is one of the best things about selling skills, because in the end you do not cling to an industry." Thus, what is learned can be applied to different sectors and open up new job opportunities.

Build a sustainable digital business

E-com Growth Partners teaches people without prior experience to use digital marketing and artificial intelligence to offer services to companies. The training ranges from identifying a business's needs to finding clients and using digital tools to help them grow. The goal is for students to be able to apply what they have learned in real projects, whether to generate additional income or to develop their own professional activity.

The experiences of those who have completed the training show the variety of paths this learning can open up. One of the students used his knowledge of the real estate sector to create a company that helps find potential home buyers. Another began by offering advertising and ended up specializing in content for brands.

Jaime, however, insists that learning a profession and generating income requires work. "There are many people who think that success is overnight or super easy", he warns. His approach is based on learning to solve real needs for which companies are willing to pay.

The key is to build lasting relationships with customers. "Getting a customer is fine, staying with them, growing with them and replicating the process is what builds a stable profession," he explains. It is a vision that summarizes his proposal: learn skills useful for companies and turn them into a source of income that can grow over time.
