The technology consulting firm Izertis has launched a new share buyback program for a maximum amount of 6.25 million euros and a limit of 892,000 shares, equivalent to around 2.51% of its share capital.
The initiative has been approved by the board of directors based on the authorization granted by the ordinary general meeting of shareholders held on June 27, 2025, as communicated by the firm to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
The plan will begin this Friday, October 16, and will extend until June 30, 2027. However, the company reserves the right to conclude it before that date in case the maximum amount planned or the total number of shares established is reached beforehand.
The buyback of its own shares will be used to meet share payments related to corporate growth operations, to the eventual reduction of capital, to the development of stock option programs aimed at employees or directors, as well as to fulfill commitments arising from convertible debt instruments.
The acquisitions will be made at market prices and complying with the usual volume limits, so that the 25% of the average daily volume traded in the previous twenty trading sessions in the corresponding trading center will not be exceeded.
Izertis has appointed Renta 4 Banco as the entity responsible for managing and executing purchase orders on its behalf independently, and has agreed to the temporary suspension of the liquidity contract it maintained with this same entity to facilitate the execution of the program.
