Lleida.net achieved in the third quarter of 2026 an increase in its turnover of 6%, to a total of 4.666 million euros, driven by the solid performance of the electronic notification activity and the Other SaaS division.

In particular, Certified Electronic Notification and Other SaaS have posted their best third quarter and now account for more than a quarter of sales, reflecting the company's shift in model toward a portfolio of thousands of end customers. These two business lines together reached 1.273 million euros, representing 27.3% of revenue, compared with 21.3% a year earlier.

Certified Electronic Notification grew by 16%, to 655,000 euros, recording "the highest figure for a third quarter in the company's series since 2020". This line is based on certified email, a service that companies and firms use to prove the attempt at prior negotiation (MASC) required by Organic Law 1/2025 since April 2025.

Other SaaS was the fastest-growing line, with an increase of 66%, to 618,000 euros, reaching "the highest figure for a third quarter since 2020". For its part, Certified Electronic Contracting fell by 3%, to 809,000 euros, while SMS Solutions declined by 5%, to 939,000 euros.

The listed technology company emphasizes that this has been the first quarter of the fiscal year with year-on-year growth in sales revenue. At the same time, ICX Wholesale Solutions, its wholesale and highest-volume business, increased by 1%, to 1.645 million euros. However, its contribution to the total has decreased from 37.1% to 35.3%, which highlights the strategic commitment to the end customer.

EBITDA grows 10% and debt improves

In addition to sales growth, the founder and CEO of Lleida.net, Sisco Sapena, has stated that the company's gross operating profit (Ebitda) rose by 10%, to 882,000 euros, and net debt was reduced by 474,000 euros "in a single quarter". For its part, pre-tax profit increased by 15%, to 213,000 euros.

Gross margin grew by 7%, to 2.554 million euros, equaling 54.7% of sales, two tenths more than a year earlier. Personnel expenses fell by 2%, to 1.399 million euros, while external services rose by 25%, to 501,000 euros.

Operating profit has grown by 40%, to 290,000 euros, after an amortization of 557,000 euros and a provision for customer balances of 36,000 euros. The negative financial result was 50,000 euros, compared with 31,000 a year earlier, and exchange rate differences subtracted 27,000 euros.

Net financial debt has been reduced by 9%, to 4,657 million euros, with cash and liquid assets of 1,132 million. Since the close of 2025, "net debt has fallen 1,128 million euros, 19%", significantly improving the company's financial position.

The ratio of net financial debt to EBITDA has fallen to 1.41 times, from 1.63 times on June 30, demonstrating a progressive improvement in the financial health of Lleida.net, one of the main European providers of certified notification, electronic contracting and digital signature services.
