The president of the Junta de Andalucía, Juanma Moreno, has explained that the Andalusian Executive is working together with the businessmen of Ceuta to "implement measures and provide them with the business promotion tools of Andalucía" in response to the impact that the migratory crisis is having on the local economy.
Moreno has disseminated this message through his social networks, consulted by Europa Press, coinciding with the institutional visit he made this Thursday to the autonomous city to hold a meeting with its president, Juan Jesús Vivas. With this meeting, he becomes the first regional president to sit down with Vivas since the current migratory crisis began.
In this scenario, the head of the Andalusian Executive has indicated that he knows, "hand in hand with the businessmen and the Chamber of Commerce," the extent to which the "very serious situation" that Ceuta is going through is affecting its businesses and companies. Therefore, he has put on the table the collaboration of the Junta de Andalucía and the use of its business promotion instruments with the aim of helping to mitigate the economic consequences arising from this situation.
