OHLA has decided to temporarily suspend the liquidity contract signed with Bestinver on July 21, 2025, whose purpose was to facilitate the acquisition of own shares, as communicated to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

The repurchase of own shares is intended to cover the obligations linked to the "Incentivized Share Purchase Plan" for company employees, associated with the capital increase executed in February 2025.

This incentive program was launched to recognize workers who participated in the subscription of new shares within the company's recapitalization plan, granting "one new share for every two subscribed," provided that such shares were held in the portfolio for "18 months," a period that ends at this moment.
